I am passionate about gratitude, sharing positive stories, and random acts of kindness.

I’m a husband, dog dad, author, and co-owner of a medical practice, Destination Regen and Access Urgent Care, in Carmel and Westfield Indiana.

I am the Impact Leader at Synergize where I support local businesses and charities. I share the stories of how positive and intentional relationships cause ripples of impact that leave the world a better place.

For the last 15 years I have been a part of the leadership team at Food Rescue and K-12 Food Rescue. I partner with an amazing team to help feed kids and families in need.

I’m also vice president of Open Door Healthcare where our encourages and supports patients and our community to eat clean, think positive, and move often.
